What We Do

A one-stop partner for workforce, service, technology and data.

TryCycle brings together every component required to create and operate a community support service. Partners choose the population, priorities and number of roles. We provide the people systems, technology and operational infrastructure that turn that investment into a functioning service.

A connected network shaped by sharing, learning, trying and lived experience.

Workforce

We support advertising, recruitment, police and Vulnerable Sector screening, onboarding, scheduling, supervision, mentorship and ongoing workforce management. Our part-time model is designed to welcome people who may not yet be ready for full-time employment and to fit around school, family responsibilities, other jobs and recovery.

Training and education

Peer Advocates are trained to listen without judgment, maintain appropriate boundaries, recognize signs of crisis and follow established safety and escalation procedures. We also support continuing education, professional development and accreditation where appropriate.

Technology and operations

We provide enterprise software licences, secure hosting, technical support, service monitoring, quality assurance, safety oversight, reporting and continuous platform improvement.

Data and evidence

We transform anonymous, population-level engagement into community-owned insight that can support planning, funding applications, program evaluation and treaty-based discussions. The purpose of the data is to strengthen the community not to monetize, resell or repurpose it.

Our mission

To invest in people with lived experience so they can support others creating meaningful employment, trusted entry points to care and partner-owned evidence. Our primary focus is building Indigenous capacity through Indigenous-to-Indigenous services, while complementary programs serve Veterans and broader communities.

Let's build capacity together.
